Q: I’m confused and need help, how do I get it?
A: The quickest and most reliable way to receive help is to use the help button located on the left hand side of all screens. By clicking on the button you will have the option to chat with a customer service advocate if one is available, or you can fill out and submit a help request. Please be as detailed as possible with your problem and fill out all required fields. By doing this you are helping us save time solving your issue and not searching for emails, phone numbers, etc. One advantage of submitting requests for help this way is that you are asking for help from multiple people at one time, as opposed to emailing one individual directly. This also helps us here at Platinum Educational Group by allowing all tickets to be tracked. We then can easily see areas where folks are having issues and do our best to address the needs. If you prefer to call and speak to someone you also have that option, the best number to call is 616-818-7877. By calling this number you will be transferred to particular individuals who can best help you out in your situation.
