NEW FEATURE: Enhanced Control for Shared Sites

Many of our valued customers have asked for the ability to change locations and times for Shared Site opportunities in Platinum Planner. This feature works well for students in shared sites that don’t know where they will be assigned to for the day until they show up to the opportunity. This feature is scheduled to go live on December 11th, 2016.

To use this new feature, go to your Shared Site and click on the Opportunities link. Then click on edit to edit your opportunity.

You will see that location, start/end dates and time are now editable. There is also an audit log, so that shared sites can see any history of changes on the opportunities.
