Remove Lock from Team Role Dropdown in Capstone Documentation

Due to new feedback we have removed the mechanism that would lock the Overall Exposure and Team Role dropdowns for students when they were completing Capstone documentation for their smc23 courses via the site. We will be extending the behavior to the App as well.
