Q: I am a teacher and I created a class in PlatinumPlanner.com that I can see, but my students do not see it to enroll! What’s wrong?

A: Most likely the answer to this dilemma is that the field “Maximum Students” was left at 0. Therefore, the program thinks the class is “full” and not available for enrollment. This is easily fixed by going to “Manage Course Classes” and selecting the red “Edit” link to the far right of the class in question and editing the field to reflect the maximum number of students expected or allowed in your class.
