Introducing Platinum’s Knowledgebase!

Platinum Educational Group is striving to give you every tool possible to help you succeed in your endeavors. Within the past few months, we have officially released a brand new way to help our customers even more!

Our newest tool, called the “Knowledgebase”, is a place where both instructors and students can get their questions answered – even after hours! Users easily click on subjects to get to questions and answers on a myriad of topics. Don’t know how to enroll in a course in Platinum Planner? We have a step by step guide on how you can do just that. As an instructor, you’re not sure how to edit grades manually in the grade-book? Again, we have a step-by-step article to show you exactly how. There are scores of easy-to-follow articles and helpful tips that may solve your issue immediately!

The knowledgebase is always being updated with new articles and previously published articles are constantly being updated. Although the knowledgebase is awesome – this does not change the support we already provide. Through the help button on any of our sites, you can obtain our support phone number, submit a ticket, or search the knowledgebase to answer your own questions. We’re very proud to give you every tool possible to succeed with our products!

Users can continue navigating the Knowledgebase for any articles that may prove relevant to them, but if they don’t find what they’re looking for they can always contact the Customer Support Team at 616-818-7877. When looking at the list of top 3 related articles, they can also click the “Contact Us” button to submit a support request to the Customer Support Team directly.

How to access the Knowledgebase
Users can access the Knowledgebase by selecting the “Help” button in the bottom right corner of the screen when logged into Platinum Planner, EMSTesting, or even on the MyPlatinumEd.com login page before they log in. Once a user selects “Help”, a text box appears asking “How can we help?”. This text box connects the user to the Platinum Education Knowledgebase, which is a collection of Q&A articles.

Once a user enters their question/topic into the text box and clicks the magnifying glass, it brings up the titles for the top 3 related articles, which the user can then select to expand. If the article selected isn’t exactly what the user is looking for, there is a back-arrow button they can select to go back to the search.

If a user would like to review the article in its original format (with perhaps larger pictures), they can scroll all the way down to the bottom of the article they selected and click the “View original article” button. This will bring them to the Knowledgebase itself in a new tab.
