Customer Support Manager

Reporting to the CEO of a small multi-million-dollar software company, this position is responsible for assisting the team and our customers in solving technical issues that occur within our software EMSTesting.com, PlatinumPlanner.com and PlatinumTests.com. Accountable for solving these issues immediately, communicating the results with our customers and team members, and documenting. Will supervise/direct a team of Customer Support Advocates, while working a Support shift; this is a ‘working’ leadership role. This position will be a member of the Executive Team, as well. Target salary of $40-50000; good benefits, work from home most of the time, future career growth opportunities.
