Site Status Page

Ever wonder what is going on when the site is down or if something isn’t functioning correctly?

Well we added a page to that will allow you to check to see if the site is in fact down.
Navigate to, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Site Status.
Then you will notice if the site status has changed.

Presence of errors in messages On the topic of grammatical errors on the Internet, disputes have been going on for a long time, but still, you see, a person who respects himself and others simply will not allow himself to write with errors. Employer contact information can be added to student record

As a student if you login to your account you can now add in Employer contact information if required by your school.

  • Select My Account in the upper right corner of your dashboard.
  • Click on Update My Account Information.
  • At the bottom enter in your Employer Name, Supervisor Name & Employer Contact Email.
  • Select Update Account.

Ability to Share a form with multiple user types

This is a very neat feature that many users can utilize.

As many know we allow the creation of custom forms. This is the core of the feature that trickles into the student, peer, instructor & preceptor roles.

When adding options to the form you can now set ‘Access’. When I say ‘options’ I am referencing

  • Text Box
  • Text Area
  • Multiple Choice
  • Section Title
  • Etc…

Access modifies who can either document, view with read-only or not be able to see the option at all.

So after you create a form with sections for lets say the Student and instructor to fill out you can add it to documentation, a class or a skill. Once added the first process starts and the student can document ‘their portion’ of the form, submit the documentation and then the next party can edit the form and enter in ‘their portion’ of the form. If this is how you want forms to be filled out. Then the option ‘shared’ must be selected when adding the form to an opportunity, lab or class.
