Documentation (Instructor Choice): Add ability for students to Select “My Instructor” in Opportunity Documentation

There is a new dropdown on the Info tab when students are filling out their opportunity documentation on the website. That setting is the My Instructor (optional) setting. The selection of a specific instructor there will limit the notifications sent when that documentation is submitted to only the assigned preceptor(s) and the indicated instructor.  The selection doesn’t limit other instructors from viewing or editing the documentation. Instructors will begin to see a filter check box titled Show only my opportunities on their  Instructor – Manage Student Opportunity Documentation page so that they can filter the student’s documentation to shifts that were submitted only to them.
