At Platinum Educational Group, we are committed to delivering the highest-quality products to our users. Since 2016, our Future Features committee has actively incorporated customer suggestions to shape our offerings, ensuring your ideas play a crucial role in the updates and features we develop.

Please note that creating an account is necessary to access the request portal, which allows you to track your submissions, add comments, and receive notifications on the status of your requests, from review to potential implementation.
For multiple ideas, we recommend submitting each as a separate request to help us stay organized and send relevant notifications. Providing detailed information helps us understand how users utilize our systems, especially when features are used in unexpected ways. While we aim to address as many requests as possible, not all suggestions may be feasible or align with our product goals. Understanding the core problem your proposal addresses can help us explore alternative solutions that may still be beneficial.
All submissions go through a review process focused on identifying genuine bugs or features users might not be aware of. During this process, we may contact you for clarification, so please monitor your email for updates. Requests related to existing suggestions could be merged for better organization and prioritization, so don’t be alarmed if your request is combined with others.
When a request is accepted for consideration, it becomes eligible for development. Our committee meets monthly to discuss and prioritize ideas. Several factors, including demand, resources, and timing, influence the selection process. Not all requests will reach implementation, and our process does not simply operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
