Providing excellent customer service is important to us and part of that is making sure that our users have the tools necessary to be successful. These self-help resources contain information on some of the most common issues addressed by our Support Team as well as instructions for navigating the site.
Instructional videos can be located on the user’s homepage in both EMSTesting and Platinum Planner. These include videos related to things such as managing your courses/classes, running reports, and creating and deploying tests. Articles relevant to your currently selected role will be displayed here for easy access.
Help videos can also be found around the site such as this one located on the school Manage School Clinical Sites page.
If you’re having difficulties finding what you need, we also have a growing knowledge base of self-help articles which you can search by selecting the Help button at the bottom of your screen when signed in. The pop-up window will provide you with a list of articles that might be helpful to you based on what page you are viewing but you can also search the knowledge base by using keywords such as forms.
