Behind every smooth cohort launch and every thoughtfully crafted test item is a group of dedicated professionals who are passionate about learner success. Here’s a look at what they’ve been up to lately:

Seamless Onboarding & Ongoing Support

From day one, the team personally sets up each new customer’s first cohort and classes, customizing settings to align with unique program workflows. They don’t stop there: live training sessions, refresher reviews, and consultation hours ensure that whenever you want to explore new features or integrate a new process, help is just a click away.

This year alone, they have conducted nearly 800 training sessions, totaling over 1,000 hours of direct customer support and guidance.

Accreditation-Ready Accuracy

To ensure your complete peace of mind during audits, the team conducts thorough cohort reviews for:

• The first three cohorts for every new program 

• 100% of all AEMT and Paramedic cohorts

  
  

On average, they audit over 100 cohorts each month to mitigate potential issues early and avoid reporting issues.

Quality-First Item Management

Customer feedback is important. Our educators review each instructor’s feedback on test items to determine if an item should be retired, rewritten, or refined. Over the past 18 months, they have:

• Deactivated and completely refreshed 500 outdated items

• Added 600 + brand-new technology-enhanced items for all provider levels across all test banks

Raising the Stakes (Securely)

High-stakes assessments require secure content. The team is currently developing entirely new module and final exam banks that are safeguarded from online exposure, enhancing exam integrity for every program that depends on Platinum.

In support of this, we now have over 12,000 new items ready for internal review and pilot testing. While these won’t appear in the test banks immediately, they represent a significant investment in the future of secure, high-quality assessment content.

Each high-stakes item undergoes a thorough vetting process, including a review by the Medical Director for all final exam items, to ensure clinical accuracy, alignment with national standards, and readiness for high-level evaluation. Our team ensures that every item meets these standards before release because your learners deserve nothing less.

Mapping to the Latest Standards

Staying aligned with national expectations is essential. The crew has just completed remapping every EMR and EMT item to the latest NREMT BLS Practice Analysis domains and job tasks, ensuring that your learners consistently practice the competencies they will be evaluated on.
