Vascular Sonography Now Available in Platinum Planner!

Platinum Planner continues to expand with the addition of Vascular Sonography as our newest profession!

The new profession was developed to align with the ARRT 2024 Vascular Sonography Didactic and Clinical Competency Requirements, providing programs with a structured way to document and track students’ clinical education and competency requirements.

The Vascular Sonography profession includes:

• Patient Care Procedures and BLS/CPR certification

• Required Scanning Techniques

• Equipment Care

• Vascular Sonographic Procedures organized by clinical area

• Mandatory and elective procedure requirements

• Identification of procedures eligible for simulation

• Required and optional vessels associated with applicable procedures

Programs can use Platinum Planner to document clinical experiences, evaluate student performance, and monitor progress toward ARRT-required competencies.
